Guided onboarding
How the Kvaltko pilot starts
The first pilot is manually supported. A visitor can start in the app, but setup can be guided and checked with support where needed. This page describes the Slovenia-first path as reference.
What must be ready before the app connection
Confirm Slovenia pilot fit
The active public pilot is currently intended for Slovenian companies. Croatia and Serbia are waitlist-only.
Prepare miniMAX access
The user must have miniMAX access for the organization they want to connect.
Confirm organization rights
The miniMAX organization administrator must grant the required rights. Kvaltko cannot complete the connection if rights are missing.
Create external-application password
The miniMAX connection requires an external-application password. A normal web password may not be enough for API access.
Accept Kvaltko terms
The Kvaltko terms must be accepted before first use of the miniMAX API connection through Kvaltko.
Clear public limits
- Missing miniMAX rights are an onboarding prerequisite, not a Kvaltko runtime defect.
- If miniMAX rejects access, check the external-application password and organization rights.
- Croatia and Serbia require separate localization and miniMAX validation before active support.
Start with the pilot boundary clear
The public pilot is Slovenia-first, manually supported, and priced clearly after 60 days.
Answer-ready questions
Do I need a miniMAX administrator?
Often yes, because required organization rights must be granted inside miniMAX.
Can I start without miniMAX?
Kvaltko is designed for teams that already use miniMAX. A pilot without miniMAX is not the default scenario.
Is onboarding fully self-serve?
No. The first pilot allows manual founder/support assistance.
