Kvaltko may process account data, user roles, tenant/company data, business identifiers, Minimax organization and business records made available through authorized access, app comments, files, media, upload metadata, technical logs, support messages, invoice data, and campaign parameters used for Kvaltko attribution.
Purposes and legal bases
Legal bases include performance of contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent where required. Support access is limited to what is needed to help the customer, investigate incidents, or maintain the service.
Minimax data boundary
Kvaltko processes Minimax data only within the permissions and business relationship established by the customer. If Minimax access changes, expires, or is restricted, connected Kvaltko features may be limited.
Processors and external dependencies
External providers are used only as needed for operation, security, billing, support, or authorized integration. Kvaltko does not sell customer data to brokers, ad lists, public directories, or unrelated marketing services.
Retention, security, and sessions
Kvaltko uses reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access control, tenant separation, login/session mechanisms, logs, and limited support access. The website has no standalone contact form; email opens in the user mail client. The app and login surfaces may use essential session cookies or similar mechanisms.

What is Kvaltko?
Kvaltko is a mini CRM for small businesses that connects the office, people on the go, and data from Minimax.
Is Kvaltko an official Minimax product?
No. Kvaltko is a separate application from Kvaliteta d.o.o. It integrates with Minimax, but it is not an official Seyfor or Minimax product.
Where is Kvaltko available?
Kvaltko is available for Slovenian companies. Croatia and Serbia are currently handled through interest registration while local requirements are validated.
