Minimax is a separate paid dependency and remains the customer-side relationship with Seyfor/Minimax.
Trial and billing
The Slovenia service can start with a 30-day trial, then continue on Go, Plus, or Pro with monthly or annual billing.
Support and limits
Support is best-effort, without SLA, service credits, or a guarantee that Minimax will remain continuously available.

Kvaltko is a separate web application provided by KVALITETA, storitve, prodaja in montaža, d.o.o., Dupleška cesta 10, 2000 Maribor. Support and legal questions go to info@kvaltko.com. Kvaltko is not an official Seyfor or Minimax product.
Service and account
The service may include a tenant, internal users, roles, customer records, activity notes, documents, media, support communication, and Minimax-connected data. Users must keep account information accurate, protect access, and act only within the authority granted by their organization.
Acceptance and onboarding
A person opening a tenant or connecting a Minimax organization must be authorized by the customer. Kvaltko may refuse or pause onboarding where authorization, security, market scope, or Minimax prerequisites are missing.
Minimax boundary
The customer needs valid Minimax access, organization rights, subscription status, and any external-app password or API permission required by Minimax. Minimax fees, API limits, outages, or product changes are not included in the Kvaltko subscription. Kvaltko does not use Minimax-derived data for ads, list sales, directories, or unrelated marketing.
Trial and billing
Go is 19€/month + VAT or 190€/year + VAT. Plus is 49€/month + VAT or 490€/year + VAT. Pro is 99€/month + VAT or 990€/year + VAT. Annual billing is paid upfront and includes 2 months free, so the yearly amount equals 10 monthly payments. Add-ons are 15€/month or 150€/year + VAT per extra organization, 10€/month or 100€/year + VAT per extra active user, 12€/month or 120€/year + VAT per extra 100 projects, 9€/month or 90€/year + VAT per extra 100 media files per project, and 6€/month or 60€/year + VAT per extra 100 comments per project. Billing is manual by invoice and, where needed, payment link. There is no public promise of in-app self-serve checkout.
Support and limits
Users must use the service lawfully and must not abuse access, overload systems, upload unlawful material, or test security without written permission. Kvaltko may change, restrict, or stop access for security, abuse, non-payment, legal reasons, maintenance, or practical service limits.
