Service description
Kvaltko is a web application that integrates with miniMAX and supports coordination of work, customers, and field-service processes.
Terms acceptance
Terms must be accepted before first use of the miniMAX API connection through Kvaltko.
miniMAX as a separate service
miniMAX is not included in the Kvaltko subscription. The user must have valid miniMAX access, rights, and a relationship with Seyfor/miniMAX.
Pilot and paid phase
The pilot lasts 60 days. After the pilot, the paid phase starts according to the published pricing if cooperation continues.
Billing and support posture
Billing is monthly and manual. Support is best-effort without SLA or service credits.

The first public pilot is active in Slovenia. Croatia and Serbia are waitlist-only until localization, miniMAX behavior, and support processes are tested separately.
